Finleyville-Elrama Road Sanitary Sewer Line Extension Project

The Peters Creek Sanitary Authority (PCSA) Board of Directors and the Union Township Board of Supervisors approved an agreement to move forward with the Finleyville-Elrama Road Sanitary Sewer Line Extension (SLE) Project on March 14, 2023.  PCSA currently provides sanitary sewer service to approximately 4,300+ customers and this SLE will add additional residents on Finleyville-Elrama Road to the PCSA public sanitary sewer system.

Residents affected by this SLE will be notified and a Public Workshop will be held in the future.  This Workshop will inform the affected residents of the details of this project such as, the proposed timeline, project status, what to expect during construction, Right-of-Ways, associated costs, etc.  In addition, a question and answer session will occur so that each individual resident's questions can be addressed.
