Bower Hill Road Sanitary Sewer Line Extension Project Complete - January 17, 2023

The Peters Creek Sanitary Authority (PCSA) Board of Directors, approved the Bower Hill Road Sanitary Sewer Line Extension (SLE) Project at the May 24, 2021 Regular Board Meeting.

PCSA currently provides sanitary sewer service to approximately 4,268 customers and this SLE will add additional residents to the PCSA public sanitary sewer system.

Residents affected by this SLE were notified and a Public Workshop was held on August 5, 2021.  At this Workshop, the residents were informed of the details of this project such as, the project status and timeline, proposed alignment, what to expect during construction, Right-of-Ways, associated costs, etc; as well as a question and answer session so each individual residents’ questions could be addressed.

PCSA is excited to report that all Right-of-Ways have been received and the project was awarded to the lowest bidder -  Hogen's Heroes, Inc. dba J5 Construction on March 9, 2022.  

*On November 4, 2022, Customers were issued the Official Notice to Connect Letter with Sewer Connection Procedures*

Congratulations, as of January 17, 2023, all applicable residents associated with this sewer line extension have tapped into PCSA public sewage.
